Many thanks to Liz Tarnove who chaired the Sock Hop. She and her committee of volunteers did a great job setting up the ballroom and the food tables. The tables were decorated with bright pink tablecloths with 45 rpm record centerpieces and glittery black music notes Refreshments included chilled fresh fruit, cookies and pretzels along with a root been float punch. Chuck Di Seesa was the Emcee for the evening. Rose Madrid was the DJ for the evening and kept everyone dancing with a great selection of 50s music in addition to the traditional ballroom selection. Chuck, playing the part of Elvis even came and performed to the delight of all the attendees. Great Job Chuck. You rocked it! Many thanks to Angela Wong & Margaret Willette for some of the photos.
